Squatting:

Squat, holding the hula hoop in front of you at 9 & 3 with straight arms squat until the bottom of the hula hoop touches the floor then explode back up.

Overhead squat, holding hula hoop overhead at 9 & 3, keeping your arms locked out holding the hula hoop, this will help with shoulder mobility.

Front Lunge, stand inside the hoop with feet in the back

Lunges:

Front Lunge, stand inside the hoop with feet in the back, step forward outside of the hoop and lunge, knee going down will remain in the hoop, giving you an optimal lunge stance.

Reverse Lunge, stand inside the hoop with feet in the front, step backwards outside of the hoop and lunge, knee going down will remain in the hoop

Sit Ups:

Keeping the hula hoop overhead again at 9 & 3, keep your arms locked out and complete a sit up with the hula hoop overhead, helping again with shoulder mobility.
