PRO Pals New Employee Mentorship Program

PRO Pals is part of the new hire on-boarding program. Each new hire will be assigned a “pal” on their first day of employment.

A PRO Pal is an employee who is familiar with ins and outs of the office and has a good understanding of how the office functions and flows on a daily basis.

A PRO Pal will be able to assist the new employee in answering common questions, introduce new employee to team members and help increase the new employee’s confidence. The PRO Pals program helps increase employee engagement, productivity, and retention rates. Happy and engaged employees are more likely to remain at a company.
